STALCRAFT Meta note

The TDI KRISS Vector is a 9 mm submachine gun that combines one of the highest rates of fire in its class with the lowest vertical recoil among SMGs and low horizontal recoil. Per-shot damage is also on the high side for an SMG. Its spread is on the wider side and damage starts falling off at short range, so it is suited to close-quarters fights.
