Stalcraft Wiki: Submachine Gun

Submachine guns are fast, light primary weapons for close range. Most fire 9 mm rounds at 700 to 900 rounds per minute with low recoil and quick reloads, and their damage drops off earlier than an assault rifle's. A few outliers, such as the 7.62 STG-44, keep their damage much further.
