1. Using the site

STALCRAFT Meta provides free tools, guides, a wiki and community Tier Lists for the game STALCRAFT. You are welcome to use the public tools and pages, share links to results, and use screenshots of results in your own guides, videos and posts.

2. Independent fan project

STALCRAFT Meta is an independent community project created by milkdudofafrica. It is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed or sponsored by EXBO or any of its affiliates. Nothing on the site is an official STALCRAFT resource, and EXBO is not responsible for it.

3. Tool results and data limitations

The calculators, optimizer, simulations, tables and guides are provided for information. They calculate with the game mechanics this project models, using snapshots of game data that can lag behind game updates. Each tool documents its assumptions and limitations.

• Game updates, incomplete or imperfect data, modelling assumptions and mechanics the site does not model can make results differ from the game.
• Results are estimates and comparisons, not guarantees of what happens in the game.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make in the game, including purchases and trades.

4. Accounts

Signing in uses EXBO's OAuth login. Your EXBO account is managed by EXBO under EXBO's terms: STALCRAFT Meta does not control it and never receives your EXBO password. Signing in only gives the site the account information described in the Privacy Policy. You can sign out at any time. Account features may be suspended, or an account removed, if it is used to break these terms.

5. Content you submit

• You are responsible for what you submit, including saved builds and presets, Tier Lists with their names and author names, feedback and contact messages.
• A published Tier List is visible to every visitor, and anyone with a share link can open the shared item.
• Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not submit illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing or deliberately misleading content, spam, malicious code, or other people's personal information.
• Content that breaks these terms may be removed or unpublished, and accounts that repeatedly break them may be limited.
• You keep any rights you have in your content. By saving, sharing or publishing it, you allow the site to store it and to show it to the people it is shared with, or to every visitor while it is published.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• try to access accounts, data or administrative areas you are not authorized to use;
• disrupt, overload or attack the site, its servers or its networks;
• use automated tools to send requests beyond ordinary public use, or to get around rate limits or other protections;
• send spam or abusive submissions through the contact form, feedback or Tier Lists;
• use the site to break the law.

Ordinary use of the public tools, including sharing links and results, is welcome.

7. Intellectual property

• STALCRAFT, its names and trademarks, its game data, item names, icons and artwork, and its game mechanics belong to EXBO or their respective owners. STALCRAFT Meta does not claim ownership of them and uses them to describe the game and its items.
• The site's original code, text, visual design and tool logic are the work of the STALCRAFT Meta project and its creator. Please do not copy them wholesale or republish them as your own.
• Content submitted by users stays with the people who submitted it, as described in section 5.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to and works with services it does not control, including EXBO (sign-in and game data), donation platforms (Ko-fi, Boosty and NOWPayments) and other external sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Donations are voluntary and are processed by the donation platform. They do not buy any feature, account status or service on STALCRAFT Meta.

9. Availability and changes to the site

The site is free and is provided without any promise of uninterrupted availability. Tools, data and features can change or be removed, and the site can be unavailable, for example during maintenance or after game updates. Keep your own copy of anything important to you.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and STALCRAFT Meta and its creator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from relying on tool results, from the site being unavailable, or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Your legal rights

These terms do not take away rights you have under the laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply.
