STALCRAFT Meta note

The AS Val is a silenced 9x39 assault rifle with the lowest horizontal recoil in its class, low vertical recoil, tight hip-fire spread and fast aiming. Its weaknesses are range: damage starts dropping early and it has the shortest maximum distance of any assault rifle. With a moderate rate of fire and a 20-round magazine it suits quiet close-range fights.
