STALCRAFT Meta note
The AMB-17 is a 9x39 assault rifle with high per-shot damage for its class, light recoil (especially horizontal) and a fast aiming time. Its weaknesses are range-related: damage starts falling off at short range, its maximum distance is short for an assault rifle, and its aimed spread is wide. A small magazine also limits sustained fire. It suits close-range fights; the stat table above shows exact values per upgrade level.

How these values are calculated
STALCRAFT Meta draws the damage chart for the selected upgrade level: full damage up to the falloff start, then a straight-line drop to minimum damage at the falloff end. The TTK Calculator and DPS Table use the same falloff model.
