STALCRAFT Meta note
The McMillan CS5 is a 7.62 sniper rifle built for precise single shots: its aimed spread is among the tightest in its class, its maximum distance is long, and it pairs a large headshot multiplier with no limb penalty. Per-shot damage is in the upper third and does not drop over distance, with high bleeding and stopping power. The costs are a small magazine, slow fire and aiming, and very wide hip-fire spread.
