STALCRAFT Meta note
The SV-98 is a bolt-action 7.62 sniper rifle with very tight aimed spread, a ten-round magazine and no limb-damage penalty. Its damage per shot is mid-range for the class and does not fall over distance. It is heavy, fires slowly and has heavy vertical recoil.
