STALCRAFT Meta note
The PzB 38 is a Master-rank anti-tank rifle firing high-calibre rounds, with the fourth-highest damage per shot among sniper rifles, double damage to mutants and one of the longest maximum distances. It has the slowest rate of fire in its class and has the heaviest recoil of any sniper rifle. It is heavy and slow to draw.
