STALCRAFT Meta note
The QBU-191 is a 5.45 rifle in the sniper class that fires at a high rate for its category and carries one of the category's largest magazines. Its damage per shot is low for a sniper rifle, spread is wide for the class and maximum distance is on the short side, but recoil is light. Damage drops only slightly across its falloff range, which helps it keep up pressure at mid range.
