STALCRAFT Meta note
The KS-12 Komrad is a shotgun that pairs one of the larger magazines and higher rates of fire in its class with a damage multiplier against mutants, so it suits both mutant clearing and close-range fights. The trade-offs are a long reload and a slow draw compared with other shotguns. Damage begins dropping at very short range and keeps declining well before its maximum distance.

How these values are calculated
STALCRAFT Meta draws the damage chart for the selected upgrade level: full damage up to the falloff start, then a straight-line drop to minimum damage at the falloff end. The TTK Calculator and DPS Table use the same falloff model.
It shows damage per hit only, without ammo, armor or body-part multipliers.

In-game description (EXBO)
A version of the domestically designed Saiga-12 manufactured by the American branch of the Kalashnikov Concern. The Kalashnikov rifle platform adapted into a magazine-fed shotgun proved so popular that it is now manufactured on both sides of the Atlantic. Since weapons are smuggled into the Zone from both directions, this model found its way here as well and remains in high demand.
