STALCRAFT Meta note

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX is a 9 mm pistol with high per-shot damage and a long maximum distance for its class, along with tight aimed and hip-fire spread. In return its recoil is heavy, its reloads and draw are on the slow side for a pistol, and damage starts falling off at very short range. It suits players who want few, heavy shots from a sidearm.
