STALCRAFT Meta note

The OTs-33 Pernach is a 9 mm rapid-firing pistol with a large magazine for a pistol, while its damage per shot sits below the middle of the class. Hip-fire spread is tight and horizontal recoil is low, but aimed spread is wide. Damage begins falling almost immediately and maximum distance is modest, so it fits close-quarters work as a secondary.
