The Sledgehammer is a Legend-rank Multipurpose melee weapon with the highest quick and strong attack damage and the longest reach in its class. Its tooltip also lists a large damage multiplier against structures and a multiplier against mutants. Penetration is below the class middle, which limits it against armoured targets. The structure multiplier suits tasks that involve breaking structures.
