STALCRAFT Meta note
The PKP Pecheneg is a 7.62 machine gun with high per-shot damage for its class, a large magazine, the longest maximum distance among machine guns and one of the tighter spreads. Its recoil is among the heaviest in the class, though its tooltip notes improved recoil in the prone position. Reload, draw and aiming times are all on the slow side, so it rewards setting up before a fight.
