STALCRAFT Meta note
The Coldcutter is a very short-range weapon that fires a flammable mixture and splits its damage between laceration and frost. It has a large magazine, a very large bonus against mutants, and damage that ramps up with every consecutive hit on the same target until it reaches a cap; the counter resets if you stop hitting for a few seconds. These traits suit sustained fire on mutants at close quarters.

Unique Traits
Every hit on a single target deals +2.5% damage, to a maximum of +100% damage. The hit counter resets after 3 sec. Each new hit refreshes the timer.
