STALCRAFT Meta note
The PSA 20 STR Pulse is a 7.62 assault rifle whose tooltip lists a burst mode at a much higher rate than its base rate of fire. Its vertical and horizontal recoil and its spread are among the lowest in its class, and per-shot damage is among the highest. The costs are a smallish magazine and a low base rate of fire; falloff starts at short range but the decline is gradual.
