Stalcraft Wiki: HK XM8

Expert Opinion

Pro Tip

"The HK XM8 is a lightweight 5.56mm rifle that emphasizes mobility and responsiveness during rotations. While it lacks the long-range precision of the FN F2000 Tactical, it performs adequately in close-to-mid range encounters. It is a functional choice for players who prefer a high rate of fire and agile handling over extreme accuracy at distance."

Description

The XM8 is a range of firearms that was jointly developed by the American arms company ATK (Alliant Techsystems) and the German company Heckler & Koch. The XM8 was based on the HK G36, boasts solid performance, and was developed mainly as a replacement for the M16 and M4A1 assault rifles.

I've played Stalcraft for over 8,000 hours on the NA server, mostly in high-tier competitive subdivisions. During that time, I spent a lot of my own time figuring out how to get the most out of my gear. I used my background in software engineering to build Stalcraft Meta, turning those calculations into tools others can use.
