STALCRAFT Meta note
The DSA-58 (A) is a 7.62 assault rifle with per-shot damage in the upper fifth of its class, maximum distance at the top of the category, tight spread, and some of the fastest reloads and highest ergonomics among assault rifles. The costs are a small magazine and heavy vertical recoil, with a mid-pack rate of fire. Damage starts dropping beyond close-to-mid range; the stat table above lists exact values.

How these values are calculated
STALCRAFT Meta draws the damage chart for the selected upgrade level: full damage up to the falloff start, then a straight-line drop to minimum damage at the falloff end. The TTK Calculator and DPS Table use the same falloff model.
