The Beretta ARX160 is a 5.56 assault rifle that combines above-average per-shot damage and an above-average rate of fire with a large magazine and recoil that is lighter than on most of its class. Its aimed spread is on the wide side and its maximum distance is average. Damage falls off from short-to-mid range, so it suits close and mid-range fights. In-game description (EXBO)
A unique take on the modern assault rifle from the oldest weapons manufacturer in the world. It combines Italian design, excellent modularity, and an integrated underbarrel grenade launcher, in case the primary caliber isn't enough. The short-stroke piston system, where the piston travels a distance of 50.8 mm, offers very smooth and comfortable recoil along with excellent reliability. The lucky ones who managed to acquire it in the CEZ can attest to this.
