Stalcraft Wiki: Murmur Psy-Emitter

A working psy-emitter, which, according to Perimeter defense data, is used to recruit captives into Murmur. Despite being turned off, it has a weak psy effect. However, experiments with similar samples have shown that the emitter's influence alone cannot turn an ordinary person into a "whispering" one, so only the harmful effects of the psy-radiation should be feared.
