Stalcraft Wiki: 5.45 Drum Magazine

STALCRAFT Meta note

The 5.45 Drum Magazine offers a magazine size near the top of the category in exchange for clear penalties: its aim speed and hip-fire spread penalties are among the larger ones for magazines, both reloads are among the longest, and it carries a movement speed penalty. It suits sustained fire where you can reload from cover. The stat table above shows the exact values.
