Whirlwind is a thermal artifact with high movement and running speed, the only electricity resistance among artifact main stats and the second-highest reaction to burns. It also has a very small temperature purge. Its downside is a small frost buildup.

In-game description (EXBO)
An unusual artifact of Blizzard, named for its characteristic shape and constant rotation around its axis. According to reports from some researchers, Whirlwind is actually a liquid with unusual properties, enclosed in a thin transparent shell. Because the rupture of the vessel leads to the instant evaporation of the mysterious liquid, the reasons for the artifact's constant motion have not yet been determined.
