Heel is a thermal artifact with the highest healing effectiveness of any artifact, the highest reaction to burns and the second-highest explosion protection, plus some bullet resistance. Its downside is frost buildup, which inner protection does not reduce.

In-game description (EXBO)
A Blizzard artifact resembling an inverted heel, with an unusual composition and structure for an artifact that at first glance seems to consist entirely of ordinary ice. As with the Fahrenheit, the issue lies in the unusual gas content, with mass significantly lower than that of air. The artifact's hollow structure and the properties of these gases create a peculiar effect resembling a roly-poly toy.
