Timber has the third-highest stamina regeneration among artifacts, plus bullet resistance and a radiation purge. Its downside is a small temperature buildup. Its additional stats can add health regeneration, stamina regeneration or more bullet resistance.

In-game description (EXBO)
The deceptive artifact, known to stalkers as Timber, initially appears to be an ordinary piece of wood. However, scientists from the artifactology department of Research Institute 7 discovered that it is composed of a previously unrecorded allotrope modification of carbon. According to Professor Brusenko, studying this material could bring humanity closer to creating a space elevator if it can be synthesized on an industrial scale. While scientists are still investigating the artifact's nature, stalkers have already found an unusual use for it. Timber continuously emits fume, which is perfect for smoking mutant meat.
