Egg has the highest carry weight of any artifact and the fourth-highest stamina. Its downside is radiation buildup, larger than on most artifacts. Its additional stats can add more stamina, carry weight or bleeding protection.

In-game description (EXBO)
The artifact represents a formation frozen during the artifactogenesis of Crust due to the influence of Distortion. It significantly alters the configuration of gravitons, making the carrier possess their own gravitational field, which can conflict with the gravity of space. A stalker carrying several Eggs in his backpack had the misfortune to stumble and fatally crash from the height of his own stature.
