Inside Out Rose has the highest stability of any artifact, which reduces the slowdown from being hit, and the fifth-highest bullet resistance. Its downsides are a large healing effectiveness penalty and bioinfection buildup, so it suits builds that do not rely on medkits.

In-game description (EXBO)
Stone formation with sharp pseudo-carbon growths of high density. It is based on the structure of the Cursed Rose artifact found in the CEZ. It locally slows down the interaction of chronons in organic tissue fields, changing the elasticity and density of the latter. Due to this, cellular metabolism is disrupted under the artifact's influence. Prolonged use may cause itching, malaise, pale skin, and nausea.
