STALCRAFT Meta note
Dark Viburnum has the highest health regeneration of any artifact and the second-highest stamina regeneration, plus running speed. Its downsides are psy-emissions buildup and increased weapon recoil, so it suits recovery builds that do not rely on long bursts.

In-game description (EXBO)
A fossilized and altered version of the Viburnum Branch artifact that can be found in the CEZ, but overgrown with crystalline formations characteristic of the Inside Out. It forms a psyonic field that distorts atomic forces in water hydride molecules, thereby changing the hydraulic capability of body fluids. A side effect is a mild hand tremor. It has a light psionic background. It's recommended to ignore strange images and visions at the edge of your field of view.
