Cryogen is a gravity artifact with the second-strongest temperature purge among artifacts, plus carry weight and stamina regeneration, and no downside in its main stats. Its additional stats can add stamina regeneration, bullet resistance or more carry weight.

In-game description (EXBO)
Scientists at Research Institute 7 joke that the formation of Cryogen occurs when someone from the fundamental research department makes a sign error in physics calculations. Like Amberite, it is covered with a semi-transparent liquid that significantly refracts light, which appears on the surface of the warm mineral. Professor Cubov believes that the mirroring between the artifacts might be caused by some phenomenon of chirality at a higher, non-molecular level.
