Despite the not-so-euphonious nickname among stalkers, the artifact was eventually given the name Frame by scientists at Research Institute 7. The structure of the artifact, reminiscent to some of bone tissue and dried tendons binding the parts of Frame, maintains not only constant movement but also always strives to sustain one specific rhythm. Moreover, with several Frames present, their movements will stabilize, and soon all artifacts will stick to a single rhythm.
