STALCRAFT Meta note
Bracelet is a gravity artifact with the second-highest movement and running speed among artifacts and the fourth-highest stamina regeneration, plus a little Vitality. Its downside is psy-emissions buildup. Its additional stats add stamina, movement speed or stamina regeneration.

The department of advanced developments at Research Institute 7 is very interested in the substance forming Bracelet. According to Professor Orlov, the head of the department, the ability to synthesize such a material would greatly facilitate work on magnetic cushions for transport and other similar projects. Unfortunately for the entire department leading the project, the only result of analyzing the structure of the substance was the realization that the formation of such crystal lattices is impossible within the framework of conventional physics.
