Spectral Crystal is an electrophysical artifact that adds psy-emission protection, a psy-emissions purge, stamina regeneration and reaction to electricity. Its downside is a Vitality penalty, half that of Ilyich Lamp, which offers stronger protection for a larger penalty.

In-game description (EXBO)
A semi-transparent blue crystal formed in Discharge anomaly. The scientists from Research Institute 7 who studied the artifact never reached a definitive conclusion regarding its chemical composition. Most samples of the Spectral Crystal showed significant differences in their composition.
