Ilyich Lamp is an electrophysical artifact for psy-emission zones, sharing the highest psy-emission protection among artifacts and the second-strongest psy-emissions purge. It also adds carry weight and reaction to electricity. Its large Vitality penalty makes it an exploration tool rather than a combat artifact.

In-game description (EXBO)
An artifact, dubbed the Ilyich Lamp by scientists for its resemblance to a household incandescent lamp. Although this artifact looks like glass, its material actually has nothing to do with it. The semi-transparent shell covering part of the artifact is actually made of an organic substance that resembles bone tissue.
