STALCRAFT Meta note
Burr is a biochemical artifact that adds stamina, movement and running speed and removes radiation, with one of the stronger radiation purges among artifacts. Its downside is a small psy-emissions buildup. The speed values are modest compared with dedicated movement artifacts, so it mainly serves as a radiation counter that does not slow you down.

In-game description (EXBO)
The artifact forms in the Fluff anomaly. It outwardly resembles a small ball with soft spines that consist of something akin to muscle tissue. The parent anomaly, Burr, being unusual even by the standards of the Zone, apparently creates such formations during its reproduction process.
