The Arc Jumpsuit has the highest laceration protection in the scientist class and strong bleeding protection, with bullet resistance and explosion protection also near the top of the category. Its radiation, thermal, bioinfection and psy-emission protections and anomaly resistances are among the highest scientist values. In return it carries a movement speed penalty; the stat table above shows how bullet resistance rises with upgrades.

In-game description (EXBO)

The latest military development designed for operations in the most aggressive environments. As the Frontier members say, the suit was complete junk until it ended up in the hands of the faction's craftsmen through internal channels. The modified research suit by the Frontier craftsmen is on par with even the best works of Research Institute 7, which should enable fighters to reach the most inaccessible places where the Zone's contamination lurks.
