The Orion Jumpsuit sits near the top of the scientist class almost across the board: bullet resistance, laceration and explosion protection, the electricity, fire and chemical resistances, bleeding protection and the radiation, thermal, bioinfection and psy-emission protections are all among the highest in the category. Its cost is a small movement speed penalty. The stat table above shows how bullet resistance grows with upgrades.

In-game description (EXBO)

This design, proposed by a junior engineer at Research Institute 7, served as the foundation for the Orion suit and was highly appreciated not only by the science wing of the Rise but also by many of the faction's fighters. Built with the latest technology, this suit is meant to provide access to even the most dangerous areas of the Zone—because science should always reach for the stars!
