The Punisher Exoarmor has one of the largest movement speed bonuses among combo suits and a bleeding reduction, with radiation, thermal, bioinfection and psy-emission protections that match the highest in the category. Its bullet resistance and laceration protection are middling for a combo suit, so it trades durability for mobility; the stat table above shows bullet resistance at each upgrade level.

The RS-72 Punisher is a universal armored suit developed specifically designed to meet the needs of mercenaries operating in the Zone. According to Muller, it took much to initiate separate work in this direction within Red Shield, but the result has clearly justified itself. Thanks to the experience of the mercenaries, RS engineers succeeded in creating a universal suit to confidently execute any tasks assigned to them.
