STALCRAFT Meta note
The Rigel Exoarmor is a protection-first combo suit: it leads the category in laceration protection, explosion protection and fire resistance, has bullet resistance near the top of its class and adds a stability bonus. The cost is one of the largest movement speed penalties among combo suits plus a stamina penalty. Bullet resistance at each upgrade level is shown in the stat table above.

In-game description (EXBO)
One of the developments by Scientific Research Institute 7, based on the latest advancements in exoarmor design for the CEZ. The collaboration with stalkers from Horizon on the Artifact Hunters series motivated the institute's engineers to resume the development of combined armor based on Uranus. The result of this work is a suit that provides excellent comprehensive protection against almost all threats of the Zone!
